Use your own phones from any browser
Plug your Android phones into one small PC at the office. Your team opens any of them in a browser, from home or another country, and taps, types and installs apps as if it were in their hand. We run the server, the updates and the alerts.
Free for 7 days with 1 phone. After that, USD $500 setup and USD $30 a phone a month, 10 phones minimum. We never wipe your phones or touch your apps.
how it works
The phones stay in your office. Your team can be anywhere.
Each phone is plugged into a small Ubuntu PC by USB. The PC keeps an encrypted tunnel open to your own control server, which we run. Your team signs in there and gets every phone's live screen.
Phones + one small PC
Android phones on a powered USB hub. About 20 per PC, up to 40 with 8 GB of RAM.
Your private server
One server per customer, not shared. It holds your logins and your phone list, and it alerts us when a phone drops off.
Your team, in a browser
Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Nothing to install. Each person gets their own login.
You keep
- The phones, their SIM cards and everything on them
- A small PC, a powered USB hub and data cables (about USD $150–350 all in, second-hand PCs are fine)
- Power and internet at the office
We run
- Your control server and its HTTPS address
- Logins for everyone on your team
- Software updates on the server
- An alert to us when a phone goes offline, and remote fixes if you let us in
setup
About an hour, most of it installing Ubuntu
We do it with you on a call. That is what the setup fee pays for. Every step is in the free setup guide.
Get the kit
Any small Intel or AMD PC: an old Dell OptiPlex, Lenovo ThinkCentre Tiny or Intel NUC. Add a powered USB hub and short USB data cables.
Install Ubuntu, paste one line
We send you a private install line. Paste it into Terminal, type the PC's password and wait 5–10 minutes.
Plug in each phone
Tap Build number 7 times, switch on USB debugging, plug the phone in and tap Allow. On Samsung, turn off Auto Blocker first.
Open your phones
Sign in at your own address, click a phone and use it. Phones you plug in later show up within a minute.
$ wget -qO- https://au1.cloudf.one/i/your-private-code | sudo bash [sudo] password for office: ... Installed. Now plug the phones in.
set automatically
Three settings we change on each phone, so you don't have to
The PC applies them once, within a minute of a phone being plugged in. They are ordinary Android settings. If you change one back, it stays your way.
Never expires
Android forgets a computer after 7 days without use. A phone nobody opened for a week would otherwise need someone to tap Allow again.
Samsung stops charging at 80–85%
These phones sit on charge all day. A battery held at 100% for months swells.
No surprise restarts
Updates don't download by themselves, so a phone never reboots while someone is using it. You update when it suits you.
pricing
USD $500 once, then USD $30 a phone a month
You pay for the most phones connected at the same time in the month, with a minimum of 10. Monthly invoice by PayPal.
Install on your own PC, plug in 1 phone and use it from the browser. It runs on our shared test server, where only you and our admin can see your phone. No card needed.
Start the free trial →Your private server and its address, remote onboarding on a call until the first phone works, and logins for your team.
The same rate for every phone. The minimum is 10 phones, so the smallest bill is USD $300 a month.

Questions people ask first
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days with 1 phone, free. Sign up below with the trial box ticked, and we send you an install line and a login. Install Ubuntu on a spare PC, paste the line, plug in one phone and open it in your browser.
The trial runs on our shared test server. Each trial user only sees their own phone; our admin account can see all of them. If you plug in more than one phone, the extras stay hidden. When you sign up for real, you get your own private server.
Which phones work?
Android 9 or newer. Samsung Galaxy phones work best, and A-series is fine. Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO need two extra switches and a Mi account. iPhones don't work.
Does the PC have to run Ubuntu? Can we use Windows?
It has to be Ubuntu. Most small PCs ship with Windows, and installing Ubuntu replaces it in about half an hour.
The screen streaming software only runs on Linux and needs direct access to the USB ports. On Windows every phone would have to be attached to Linux by hand again after each replug or restart, and Windows restarts itself for updates. A cheap second-hand PC that does nothing else is more reliable. The setup guide has the Ubuntu steps.
Can you see what's on our phones?
Our admin account can open them, the same way your team does. We only use it when you ask for help.
Nothing on your office PC is opened to the internet. It only connects out to your server through an encrypted tunnel.
Can we take away your access to the office PC?
Yes, any time, with one command: sudo phonefleet-setup --remove-support. Without that access we can still see whether phones are online, but we can't log in to fix the PC.
What happens if the office internet drops?
The phones keep running where they are. They come back in the browser as soon as the PC is online again. The PC also checks itself every 3 minutes and restarts the part that most often hangs.
Does our firewall need changing?
Only if it blocks outgoing traffic. The PC needs to reach out on UDP port 51820. Nothing comes in.
What if we stop?
One command removes everything from the PC: sudo phonefleet-setup --uninstall. The phones and everything on them are untouched.
Can people use the phones at the same time?
Yes, each phone can have one person on it at a time. Others see it marked as in use until that person lets it go.
